The following Privacy Policy defines the rules how to store and access information on the Users devices with Cookie files, used for providing the User with electronic services by "SAD" Hurtownia Owocowo - Warzywna Barbara Kreft ul. Wybudowanie b/n, 83-110 Tczew.
 

§ 1 Definitions

  1. Administrator: "SAD" Hurtownia Owocowo - Warzywna Barbara Kreft ul. Wybudowanie b/n, 83-110 Tczew., Tax Identification Number (NIP): 593-100-72-02 which provides electronic services and stores and gains access to information on User devices.
  2. Cookies: IT data, usually small text files, saved and stored on devices, which the User uses to view Service websites.
  3. Administrator Cookies: Cookies given by an Administrator related to provision of electronic services by the Administrator via the Service.
  4. External Cookies: Cookies given by Administrators partners, via the Service website.
  5. Service: website, where the Administrator runs the internet service using the sad.net.pl domain name
  6. Device - electronic device which the User uses to access the internet service websites.
  7. User - an entity, to whom electronic services might be provided in accordance with the Regulations and legal regulations or who can enter into an agreement for the provision of services.

§ 2 Kinds of Cookies Used

  1. The Cookies used by the Administrator are safe for the Users Device. By using Cookies in particular it is not possible that the Users Device gets infected with viruses or other unwanted or malicious software. These files enable to identify Users software and help to adjust the Service individually to each User. Cookies usually contain the name of the domain from which they have come, the duration they have been stored on the Device and assigned value.
